With 15+ years in food and wine, I’ve worked as a sommelier at 3-Michelin-star restaurants, brought fine wine to a broader audience at the wine bar level, and spent over a decade owning and operating NYC restaurants. Four years ago, I shifted from building wine lists to creating acclaimed non-alcoholic programs that leaders in the field have called among the best. I’ve shared this work on industry panels and in publications like Dry Atlas, Bon Appetit, and more. Through it all, my passion has been the same: crafting inclusive, intentional tasting experiences and celebrating beverages — from wine to tea — as rich cultural expressions in their own right.
